Wedding in Moss at Hotell Refsnes Gods
On the outskirts of Moss, overlooking Oslo Fjord – stands one of the oldest hotels in Norway -Refsnes Gods. Let’s not ignore the part that is an architectural pearl but as a wedding photographer, the most important thing is how much variety it can offer! And it did not disappoint.
Hanne & Gunnar both got ready at Refnes. Which meant I was able to pop in and out of theyr sweets as much as I wanted. But for your pleasure, I have separated the images into His & Hers, so there is no confusion.
The ceremony was held in the back garden, and when I say it’s an awkward spot, it is. All the guests sat under 2 huge umbrellas and there was a statue in the middle.

Even if it was a fully booked hotel, we rarely noticed the other guests during the whole wedding day. The garden was ours to explore, and we were allowed to be as loud and happy as we wished.
Just down the road, you will find a beach with cool grasses, and this alley of old huge trees. Someone has hanged a bunch of swings. Of course, we had to jump at the opportunity.
Ok, time to head back and get started with dinner and lots and lots of speeches.
Usually in those 10 minutes between dinner and the party, I try to take my clients out for sunset photos but look at what we met on the way there.
